Return policy

First of all, thank you all customers and friends for your attention and love to our "Haha Mall" store.

During the purchase process, if you have any questions or need to return or exchange, you can directly ask our online editor, or send an Email to our customer service mailbox: [email protected]

We guarantee that you can apply for a return or exchange of the goods within 14 days after you sign for it.

By default, we will arrange the delivery of the package within 1-3 working days for you on the second day of your order. Before that, you can contact us at any time to modify the contents of the products and packages.

About return and exchange:

1. In accordance with consumer warranty regulations, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted after the warranty expires.

2. If the received product is found to be defective, damaged or lack of accessories, please respond to the online customer service immediately. We will bear all costs (including round-trip shipping). If there is no notification within 3 days after receipt, the question will not be accepted.

3. If the product needs to be returned/exchanged, please keep the product as it is, with a complete label and no damage to the product before the return can be processed.

4. If the product is not a quality problem:

Exchange: Customers need to bear the one-way freight (TWD$100), please provide the delivery address, exchange reason, exchange information (order information, product name, model, quantity), our store will arrange for door-to-door pickup; send it after receipt Return to the warehouse and re-send the goods you need after confirmation.

Return: The customer is responsible for the round-trip freight (NT$200 including the return operation fee), please provide the delivery address, the reason for the return, and the bank account. Our store will arrange a door-to-door pickup; after receiving the goods, send them back to the warehouse. The payment (payment amount-shipping) is returned to the customer's account.

5. Please note that the following circumstances may affect your return/exchange rights:

  ● Appreciation period of more than 14 days (excluding holidays).

  ●The accessories of the product are not complete, the label has been torn, and the gift has not been returned.

  ●The product is damaged by man-made, or the product has been opened and used.

      ● Any product that has quality problems due to abnormal use and storage.

      ● Products not sold in "Haha Mall".

6. The refund method will be refunded according to the payment method you use:

  ●Credit card: Your payment will be refunded to the credit card account you used to pay with the card.

  ●Cash on delivery/ATM transfer: When filling out the return application, please be sure to fill in the correct refund account information according to the return refund page.

    After the store confirms that the product is correct, the refund will be made to your designated account within 7-10 working days (excluding holidays) after the return is completed.
